Triple Decker Cinnamon Carrot Cake

Prep Time: approx. 30 Minutes. Ready in: approx. 216 Hours 40 Minutes. Makes 4 cups of starter (4 servings).

Directions
Cream: cooking oil & granulated sugar. In a separate bowl- Add: eggs ( one at a time, beating after each one.) unsifted flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, salt Add to first mixture. Finally stir in grated carrots. Spoon into 3 layer pans that have been greased and floured. Bake @ 375 for 45 minutes ( Test for doneness at 30 minutes) ** Make this cake the day before serving.

Directions
In or with electric mixer: cream cheese butter, vanilla *gradually add: sugar. Let chill before spreading evenly onto 2 middle layers, then over entire cake.
