Chocolate Sheath Cake

This is an old Family Recipe handed down from my Great Aunt Shirley.



Ingredients:

Directions:

Combine Flour and Sugar in Large mixing bowl. Put Margerine, Cocoa and Water in a pan and bring to a boil; pour heated mixture over dry ingredients. Add Buttermilk, Baking Soda, Vanilla, Salt & Eggs; beat throughly. Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2 pan. Bake for 30 - 35 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenhiet, or use 11 x 16 x 2 in pan and bake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenhiet. Refrigerate and serve cold.



Chocolate Sheath Cake Icing

Fudge like Icing.


Ingredients:

Directions:

Mix Margerine, Water, and Cocoa in pan, bring to boil. Remove from heat and add Powered Sugar till firm. Add Walnut and then spread on Cake while hot. Leave in pan. To cool, cut in to serving pieces when cool.
