Beef and Vegetable Stir-Fry from Kraft

Quick Beef & Vegetable Stir-Fry

Serves: 4


1 beef top round steak (1 lb.), thinly sliced

1/2 cup A.1. Sweet & Tangy Steak Sauce

1/4 cup soy sauce

1-1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch

1 Tbsp. oil

1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables

3/4 cup beef broth


MIX meat, steak sauce, soy sauce and cornstarch until well coated. Drain meat, reserving steak sauce mixture.

COOK and stir meat in hot oil in large skillet for 2 to 3 minutes. Add vegetables, reserved steak sauce mixture and beef broth; bring to boil. Reduce heat, simmer 1 minute.

Round Out the Meal
Serve this great stir-fry over cooked MINUTE White or Brown Rice.
