1 In a large bowl, mix together ground beef , onions, raisins, and parsley. Season with cayenne pepper, cinnamon, coriander, nutmeg, sugar, and salt and pepper. Mix well. Form into flat sausages around skewers. Lightly oil sausages; this prevents sticking to the grill.
2 Preheat grill for high heat.
3 Arrange skewers on hot grill grate. Cook for approximately 15 minutes, turning to brown evenly.
